Shipping 

I ship USPS or UPS ground whichever is most economical.  

Large packages generally will be with UPS.  UPS requires that breakable items be double-boxed to qualify for insurance which makes for a large box sometimes.

Your purchase will be on its way to you within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

We use recycled/reused packaging where possible.  Please understand that due to the fragile nature of pottery we must always use sufficient protection of your items.

* Currently we only ship to US destinations.

Refunds and Exchanges 

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, we will gladly replace it with a similar item of equal value, depending upon what is available at the time, or offer a refund if nothing similar is available.  To make an insurance claim possible please kindly provide a picture of the damaged item and the packaging.  For certain items we will pay for the shipping for you to return it to me.

Please keep in mind that all my work is one-of-a-kind so no two items will be exactly alike.

We are not responsible for the results of an incorrect shipping address or items stolen after delivery.  Please check carefully that the address is correct and where you want your item to go to. Repeat shipments due to incorrect address will be at additional cost.

We do not exchange merchandise that reaches you in good condition. We do our best to accurately describe and depict the items in my shop and all items are made by hand and will inevitably have slight imperfections and variations.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 7 days of arrival for a refund of your purchase price less the cost of shipping. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
